Got my D&D from Daves yesterday(thanks for the quick shipping) First of all its amazing how the fuel injection on these bikes adjust as much as they do. When I first put the pipe on , it would kinda hesitate for second at low rpm and really didn't kick in up top. After a 15 min ride. It really started to run good, and really kick in at about 4 thousand rpm. I had the race pipe on before , and in second gear, I could slam the throttle at around 4g RPM and the front tire would come up about and inch or 2. With the D&D I tried that last night and it would stand up on a wheelie, so I know it is making a lot of power atleast in that RPM range. Keep in mind this is the stock air filter as my Lab pup ,thought when I had my K&N out it would be a good dog treat. I ordered a new race filter, but when I got it I thought it was the stock one since it was blue, because they are no longer using K&N as the vendor. So I will get that put in today. And I almost forgot the sound is awesome, the Idle has a big block hollow deep sound , and I don't think it is ear plug loud at all around town. Sounds just right!
