Hey all,
Getting ready to head to Heartland Park for the races this weekend. Anyone that happens by the diablobikes.com / Mid-America Harley Davidson pits don't be afraid to stop in and say hello!

We'll be there this evening (or tomorrow morning if we don't get in before they close the gates. Look for the XB12R with the vr1000 paint scheme.

Brian

We got back from the races last night. It was nice to meet Shazam(?) and HEAR his bike (Nallins 1440 w/ force pipe).

We did very well this weekend, We entered the GT Lights, Lightweight Superbike, and Thunderbike. All Amerture class. My brother Michael (diablomichael) won all three races running away. The gap to second place was 30 or more seconds on every race. It doesn't make for close racing (except with the experts) but it does make us happy. Good job Michael!

Being a small team we are still working on if we can finance the next race weekend (the second of July at MAM) we have some work to do before then so it's going to be a little hectic around here.

I saw at least 8-10 different Buells at the track so it is obvious that Topeka has a healthy Buell dealership, or just some very determined riders.

All and all a GREAT Weekend. BTW thanks go out to ALL of our sponsors: Mid-America Harley-Davidson / Buell, LJ at with Sikkens for a killer paint job, VP race fuels, Michelin tires, Lockhart Phillips team privateer, Arai Helmets, and of course DIABLOBIKES.COM. also thanks to Daves for getting us some spares very quickly we were thankful we didn't need any of them.

Almost couldn't have gone better. Electrical gremlins (bad motor ground) caused us to miss our only practice session sunday morning. Good thing we did the track day saturday! I guess sometimes you make your own luck!

Between Loudon and Heartland Park Sounds like Buell (and badweb) had a great weekend racing!

Good for you! These XB's are awesome street bikes, and their kicking #$% on race tracks!!! I thought they were underpowered, and had short power curves? LOL
