I wrapped mine and got 2"x 50'. I've got about 8 to 10' left over. I'm pretty sure 15' isn't enough even with a small overlap.

i did the same...got the 2" x 50' and wrapped with a 1" overlap. You're going to need a lot more wrap...I have about 10' left also

i used 1"x50 and had about 10' left over. 2" is probably better to use, but i'm sure the 1" wrap was easier to apply. i bought the high temp silicone sealant, but havent applied it yet. i've read here it likes to soak in alot, so 2-4 coats are needed.
some notes....wet the wrap before applying, wear rubber gloves (and a long sleeve shirt), and use zip-ties to hold the wrap in place temporarily, to help the application go easier (you can let go of the wrap, (zip-tie will keep the wrap tight) half way through a header to stretch out your back). dont forget to remove the plastic zip ties before starting.

i bought from eastwood.

header wrap smoked alot the next 2 days (while drying out), and it smelt like burning fiberglass for about a week.

The sealer you mentioned is just overpriced paint.
Pick up some high temp paint and you will be good to go.

I second that. 50' of 1" wrap is perfect for the 12 pipes. Also used the coating, my wrap is black and the coating is black. Ordered mine from SummitRacing.com Thermo-Tech is the brand. Don't bother with the stainless header wrap zip ties they don't get tight enough. Use stainless hose clamps, works much better. Good luck.

i agree with captjim's comments about the stainless header wrap ties. i couldnt get them tight enough either. just use stainless hose clamps like he said.
