Hey Pete, Where have you been hiding these pics? The track photographers didn't catch pics nearly as good as these! If you don't mind can you send me all the full resolution images that you got of Anthony #825/820 and me #136/736. (We both had to change our numbers for the F-USA race from our regular CCS number.) I just got off the phone with Iron valley HD. #90 Dave Watson who crashed there this past weekend Has a broken pelvis, tail bone, ribs and lower vertebrae. He had surgery yesterday to repair his pelvis and is going to make a (long) full recovery. Wish him a speedy recovery Chad Rhoads | ||

Thank for the update on Dave. I knew it was pretty bad.. Hope he recovers quickly and has very little grief with his rehab folks.. Lucky, some of the pics posted by XBcrazy were mine. With Jim and Josh's help, the rest of them should be up one way or the other soon.. Pete (xbcrazy) I'll be happy to copy all of the ones I have of you two as hi-res, drop me a note and I'll send you my snail mail, I'll burn 'em to disc for you, also check with Anthony, he didn't give you all of them I sent him to post (I don't think). I had forgotten to take down your bike number at the pits or I would have sent some of your images along with Anthony's.. Sorry 'bout that. Oh, and consider the shot at the top of the thread, me trying to make up for the oversight, your's is the first solo rider pic posted. Ingemar, you may want to wait and see the rest of them before you start asking for me to send you pics. I'll be happy to send you a bunch, but I think you may want to wait until they are all up (or at least most of them) and then ask for the ones you like best. Every one else.. thank you so much for the compliments. I haven't been as active a photo-hound as I used to be and am just getting back into it. Art and team last minute work preping the 'FrankenBike' for it's big race..  He would start dead last, since he didn't make qualifying the day before (they were BUILDING this bike) | ||

OW! This is the last bike entering the crash.. The descriptions of what happened appear elsewhere, so here's the refresher version.. #90 High/Low Sided and slid UNDER #482 who unfortunately had nowhere to go and ran over the rider. Then as the bikes and riders continued to move across the track, #820 couldn't get around the bike and the rest is below..      | ||

This is the #90 rider Dave. He wouldn't be getting up under his own power..  The MARC crew starts to converge..  Red Flag - Get the Ambulance Out Here -  Anthony checked on Dave and Bill, then moved out of the way to let the crew do it's thing.   | ||
