"Wow, there's some facts for you.:P"

: ).

"Lets see I said Buell in FX were allowed unlimited engine modifications, this is true "

No, they have a displacement limit... That's a limit. Hence the word limit. I'll give you half credit for that one... you were mostly right.

"You said the hondas were destroked and bored out, wrong they have to run the stock stroke "

OK, you got me there... I could have sworn that wasn't the case but to keep things simple (and because I really could care less) I'll just believe you.

"I said Buells are getting beat by the 600's in FX,is this not true?"

Well... I guess that depends on your definition of the word "the". The Buells typically beat more 600's than 600's beat Buells. In other words... The Buells generally finished better than 50% of the 600's.

It was you who said that the 600's are better in every performance category than the Buells right?

People are getting all upset over some lame half baked trolling effort.

Why not pay more attention to the real world & just a little bit less on the cyber one? I certainly have for the last couple months & its been great.

Now back to our regularly scheduled idiotic argument that wont prove jack.

What ever you want to call yourself.

I was refering to stock bike VS stock bike and the fact is the stock CBR600 RR has better brakes then the stock XB9R. If the stock XB9 brake was so great why do racers ditch them in favour of a dual disk setup?

to norris, i dont know why you continue to refer to me as other people since i am who i am nothing but pure fogal.
not like you who clearly has 3 other accounts happening. Why do you post up as other members and agree with yourself?

this site cracks me up. a few guys here take everything so seriously like anything really matters when it comes to who has better brakes and who has the fastest bike.

its just a cyber wang length contest. mine is bigger then yours.

Children

hows this a buell site that has guys arguing amongst themselves about how good buells are. and the funny bit is that they all own buells.

I race my Buell and love my front brakes and would never ditch them for a set of duals.. just so you know every racer doesn't want to switch..

Pup, Believe it or not, I am sorry that you are having such a problem with your Buell. I really do like them, but I can imagine I would be very pissed if I were in your situation, (My Ford has me in the same position). I hate to say it, but maybe you would enjoy a different brand more.

I know nothing about racing, hp, or any of that other stuff. I do know that my Buell is more fun then the other bikes I have ridden. I don't have numbers that can prove it, but it is true. I hope you can find that happiness as well, even if it is not on a Buell.

Dear fogal ...

surely is a complete different world ,
a medium driver with a xb9 surely will defeat same level driver ( and also same with little skill more ) with the CBR 600 RR in road use in a short and medium corners street ...
I live in a mountain zone between Saint Moritz (suisse ) and como lake (italy ) I ensure you that in this kind of streets, with my XB12 I had also beat also the 1000 japan's bike's
the ultimate line of this bike have the rev higher than last they find more power in high revs ... over 10.000 so they have a very few torque under 10.000 rpm
that means 2 think in driving
or you are a very serious driver and you fully use bike and so you can surely beat a buell or you have not many changes , because every time you go under 10.000 rpm , your bike became like a Vespa Piaggio ...
for example i find more problems with cbr 900 fireblade than with the last series of 1000
but maybe is difficult for you to accept , surely if you look at racing , but buell is a street bike not a racing bike ...
or if you look at the data that the magazine are giving surely you must buy gsxr 1000 '05 to be sure that your bike is the best for circuit not surely for street in this case I suggest to you to try one ducati 999R bicylindric with 150 HP and a lot of torque form me this is the best bike than you can buy for road use anyway buell is a very funny and fast bike on the road ( to run in the circuit's this also depend by a pilot )

Mr Fogal
Where have I used a bogus screen name.
I only have one Norrisperformance, and
only one IP address. Any Custodians on the
Badweb can verify that for ya. Custodians
can view your IP address. You can also lose
you Internet provider service for misuse.
Blake has already banned most of the names
I listed above. And they had the same IP address.
I never said anything bad about your product.
Just your approach and using multiple screen
names and not being a sponsor.

You’re the only person I’ve seen become a member,
and start posting insults right off the bat.
No introductions, you just started flaming people.
That proved your intent from the beginning.
www.badweatherbikers.com/cgibin/discus/show.cgi?tpc=32777&post=444829#POST444829

I’ve sent an email to Blake about this issue.

PS: Custodians will call you out for using
anonymous when it’s not warranted .
As you already know.

Fogal,

Let's see, the two fastest Buell race bikes in the world run single discs in Formula Extreme, not duals. The FUSA Thunderbike champion ran a stock single disc. All the guys who won amateur and semi pro championships ran stock singles not duals.

So who the heck are you talking about?

My 2 cents...

These cross brand arguments are a waste of time. Bike ownership is as personal a thing as the clothes you wear. As far as what bikes are winning races, I don't even follow racing and that's not why I ride either. I ride for the journey and the experiences, not bragging rights. And while I don't disparage other brands, I prefer my 2001 X1.

"I ride for the journey and the experiences, not bragging rights. "

Same here... However... When someone comes on this board and decides to spread inaccurate information (I'm not just talking about you Pup...) I will point it out. THAT is what this thread is about. It's not a wang measuring contest like some seem to think it is.

While lurking on a Triumph board I ran across this thread:

http://www.triumphrat.net/modules.php?op=modload&name=Forum&file=viewtopic&topic =22151&forum=27

This just proves that not all bad experiences are Buell related. I'm sure you'll find examples like that on probably any make and model's forum. Funny thing is he still loves his bike in spite of his issues.

It's kinda like a marraige...some go so good and last forever, some have issues but you work them out on your own, some need to go to counseling (the mechanic) more than others, and some you just need to divorce. Sounds like pup needs a divorce!

(and still others need to have affairs on the side!!)
