I couldnt believe it but I saw another Buell in my town, A new Blue XB12 in Amityville going North on RT110. That probably makes for a total of 9, on LI.

LoneXB,
I was up at at bald hill cruise night for a little while and than went for a ride up to Port and than back to DP ave. Rode most of the day for work. Ended up riding 230 miles on Tuesday. Getting to ride everyday to work. You got to love it. Just turned over 10000 miles last week on the xb and 7000 miles on the 05 Road Glide.

Hello Guys,
I was out on the West Coast last weekend. Saturday they had a Buell Demo Day at Glendale HD, they are Buell enthusiasts, and real nice guys. I was hopping to ride a Sport Rod, but they didn't like my NYS motorcycle license. Erik B. was there, he was pretty surprised to see me on the west coast:-). He is a great ambassador for the Buell brand for sure.
Friday, my brother and I rented 500cc track day bikes and had some fun running at Willow Springs, the "Fastest Road in the West". It was really interesting to learn a bit about Willow as so many bikes and tires are tested there, and reviewed in the big Cycle magazines.
Sunday, Glendale and Bartels had a huge Buell pit, barbeque and all, and about 8 racing Buells in various states of tune including the Bartels Sponsored bike with 128 HP.
My nephew Ben was running his XB9R with Naillin kit on it. I took it out for a couple of laps on Friday: he had fitted a 195 tire which turned out not to be a wonderful idea. I declined Ben's offer to let me race his bike in the novice class on Sunday for two good reasons: too old and too slow:-)
I still hope to see all you guys out here on the East End for a Sunday morning ride to Montauk on our " secret" back roads.
