JUst got my TPS reset today and I was totally shocked when they told me the price.......Keep in mind I have had a complete love hate relationship with this shop for some time now because of actions they had done with my S2. I was completely expecting a full hour of labor charge at least even though they had told me it was just going to be at a half hour rate. Well I was at the desk getting my card out and ready to melt through the swipe machine and the dude says that'll be $15.00!!!!!!!! I do have to say I was a bit taken back. This shop has recently upgraded the store and wants to get more into the Buell ways. I'd say this is a good start. I am also working out the details of them starting a BRAG chapter which I am going to be the director of.
Here's too new starts!!!!

I hope more dealerships see the same light!

Ben

Exactly what mine cost to reset last week. I pieced together my own race kit. I mounted the Buell "bling" polished race can, K&N filter, de-snorkeled, etc. at home.

I then rode the bike to the dealer and swapped out the ECM's in the parking lot. They wheeled it in the shop and 15 minutes & $15 later I was riding it home with a big $hit-eatin' grin on my face.

Huh, my favorite dealer reset my TPS a few weeks ago and when I went to pay they said it is free, and I didn't even buy my bike from them, the bad thing is they are one of the dealers that Buell got rid of, they are a small dealership. Last week I bought a new smoke windscreen from them and they let me put my bike in the shop and use their tools to put it on, again free of charge. I wish all the dealership would be like this, I do not mind getting my parts from them even though they have to go through another dealership to get parts. I will gladly pay a few $ over MSRP with them.

WOW! Good thing for you guys. I called my dealer to order a diamond sprocket and I had to tell the parts guy at the other end that an XB9 is a, say it with me folks, B-U-E-L-L. He seriously didn't know.
"It's for an XB9."
"A what?"
"An XB9." <long pause> "A Buell."
"Ohhhh... a Buell!
