Jeez! I move away and he shows up..... I have yet to meet the man. Someday, I guess. I was happy when I first found Downtown Harley Davidson. They had the most Buell clothes and accessories in the Seattle area. Then I watched them wheel all the XB's inside at the end of the day. They just rolled off of the curb out front and you could hear the pipe hit on every one.

Misato - I covered Erik's signature on my tank with some self adhesive, clear anti chip film that I bought at the local auto parts store. It looks really good & will not come off.

Guess I will split my time that day... half at Ft. Lewis (Armed Forces Day) and DHD. Wounder if I will stand out in the crowd if I wear my M42 jump suit?

I'll make it a point to say hi if I see a shinny green bike or a guy in a jump suit.

I on the other hand will be blending in with the rest of the crowd with a red 12r

You guys are going to have an absolute HOOT!

First, Seattle is a way cool town. I wrote a story about it the first time I was there on a Buell.

Everyone sees Seattle as "Starbucks" and forget it had the first women mayor in America and the town is legendary in the electric guitar world. Jimi Henrdrix was born there in 1951.

I'll share one little hint with ya'll...don't even think about letting on to Erik that his signing your bike may induce you to ride it less. : )

Keep us posted and I, for one, will be looking for the pictures!
