Hey guys, Well the other day I removed the seat in order to adjust the suspension. I was going to take my daughter for a ride around the block so I thought it best to follow the manual and adjust the rear shock. As I removed the seat I noticed that the tab was not tucked under its receptacle. It was instead seated on top of it on that metal transverse bar. Needless to say the tab's receptacle is now bent from my weight . My bike is barely broken in and that was the first time that I had ever removed the seat so I know for a fact that I didn't screw that up. I hope that they will fix this as it was clearly their mistake |

Same thing happened to me, I just bent the little tab thingy back in placed with a screwdriver. |

You should give the dealer a chance to make it right if they did install it incorrectly. We all make mistakes, hopefully they'll see that and work with you. |

Same thing happened to me. When I bent it back, the welds broke. Good thing I am a bodyman, I just panel bonded it back on. That is why I do all of my own work unless it is covered under warranty |
