Author Message   Stou Posted on Tuesday, April 26, 2005 - 05:33 pm:        I found this thing from a German website. A kind of insert that can be used to reduce the noise from a Buell race exhaust. From a guy from a French website, it's seem to work fine. It's sound somewhere between a stock and a race exhaust. Is someone know a place in US or Canada that make some parts like that? The place in Europe who do those parts, sell them for 50 Euros and ask 10 more to ship it in Canada. But these insert are really simple to make. Just a piece of tube with one end larger (out). I'll try to post some pict latter this week. One question for you guys. So the sound is ok here in germany, if the noise is measured by the police. @Danvetc: did you get yours? I shipped them two weeks ago. In a few days I will do some dyno runs with/without the db-killers. The bike still have a great sound but with a little bit lower dB. I'm really satisfied with the product. Drill a little hole in the inner outlet and fix the db-killer with the screws. That's it! :-) Best regards Stefan
