Looking over the bike just now, I noticed a small amount of dried oil mist on the swingarm, just around the spindle on the left side of the bike.

I'm just a little worried that the oil tank could have a tiny crack or some porosity around the spindle area. Has anyone seen this before?

I don't appear to have lost any oil. I'm out riding tomorrow so will keep an eye on it.

check the fittings under the bike and where it goes from the oil tank into the engine. The "oil tank" does __NOT__ go all the way to the spindle...that side of the swingarm is used for the oil tank only about half way.

Check the fittings around the area of the oil pump. I just had to fix mine. The 45 degree fitting was a whole turn short. That leaking oil was getting all over the swing arm and rear rim. I removed the fittings going to the oil pump and added some teflon tape.
