Think it will hold up? Not finished yet, but progress is being made.

Looks really good! How much stuff can you fit in there? Can the passenger pillion still be used? It kind of looks like there would be a leg issue if someone was on the back. Let us know how well they work. I hate wearing a backpack. Awesome bodywork by the way.

Now all you need is enough fuel capacity to go more than a 100 miles w/out a refill.

I've got an S3t and my 9r doesn't compare. I'd rather ride the 9r. THey are two different beasts. I'm in the works on my own XB9rT mod.

The bags just don't look right with all of that Carbon/Kevlar. I'll do you a favor. Send it all to me and I'll send you my black parts. hahahaha

Seriously, looks very handy.

Rek, my 9 has hit 150 miles before the light came on. I usually get between 50 and 53 MPG!

The bags are Givi E21's so they don't hold very much, but they lock.

I'm not sure about the weight. Maybe 1/6 more than the wrecked Givi mounts I modified. Probably around 10 pounds for the bags and mounts. I think I will be able to unbolt the rack in a few minutes, with maybe a pound of stuff still under the bodywork on the seat frame.

I really prefer to ride the XB to the S3. At one time I had access to an S1, S2, S3, and the XB - road the XB almost always.

Range? The whole idea is to pack those bags with gas.

Get those bags loaded and she's a wheelie monster for sure!
