Author Message   Stoobr2 Posted on Tuesday, April 19, 2005 - 02:27 am:        Just to let you know ukbeg (UK Buell Enthusiasts group) manged to get 80 owners together at the same time on Sunday. It was quite an even mix of tube frame & fuelframers (XB's). The weather was great, the location @ the famous banked motor racing cuircuit at Brooklands was fantastic. The circuit is no longer in use, and now houses a museum and this is part of the concrete banking remains (for now) for posterity. Mind you I can always try and persuade my mates...wife included, on their rice burners to go there instead. The hairy Buell beast is about due its reincarnation. Last time I was at Brooklands, sniffing round on my own, I was riding an XR1000 and this security guard told me to hop it! Private property.
