So the trip was suppossed to take us to NYC to the bike show....Left Albany at 6am when it was still 36 degrees!! FRoze my butt off until the sun came up! Literally was pissing ice cubes at the gas station!!I met 4 other buellers and we headed off to Liberty HD in rahway NJ to meet up with a BUNCH of other buell riders and of course to meet erik buell. I wish all of you could have been there. I've never seen that many buells in one spot..Hell i'm lucky if i see one on the roads around me. Everyone was super cool. We got free coffee and doughnuts and got our bikes signed by erik himself!! Some of us went into the city for a look at the show...only to find out it was too expensive, to crowded, and from what i hear sucked!!! So we went bouncing around the city making lots of noise, turning some heads and probably scaring some tourists. Special thanks goes out to Got1NUT(carlos) and Jay for teaching me lane splitting is OK. The FDR was backed up for miles and miles....i got through it in 10 min driving up the center. So today was great and i got home safe...hopefully everyone else did too...Keep in touch we'll do it again real soon Bob (Yeags30) | ||

Amen. Great time. We had a feeling the show in NYC was going to be less than stellar, so we split up and went with a small group through some pretty nice back roads through Union and Somerset and Hunterdon counties. Really nice scenery, really nice riding. But the ride from Edison HD to Liberty was awesome, and seeing so many Buell riders in one spot was great. Thanks again to everybody at Liberty for having us. And, of course, thanks Erik. So my wife has the only Blast I know of with Erik Buell's autograph on it... | ||

Thanks to everyone for coming out for a great day and thank you to Court, Erik and everyone at the dealership for helping make this a success. I also split into a small group up to Hunterdon County for some riding around Round Valley. Thanks again everyone. Phil | ||

Yes, The trip to Liberty was awsome.Met lots of people,Buellers: ya know!Had coffee and donuts,Yes I to had my fly screen signed by the man himself with some pictures to boot. The ride through the mountains was great,as well as to the airport and next to the canal. Honestly I can't wait for another trip like this one. Great job to all those who put in the effort. We should set something like this up several times a year and all get together at the local dealerships in NJ. I had a awesome time today, got my bike signed as well and headed off to ride in Hunterdon county with NJbuell. It was also cool to meet all of you fellow badweb people and put a face to your screen name. As soon as I up load my pics I'll post them. | ||

oh before I forget I went to Pearl arts and crafts and bought some krylon crystal clear acrylic coating and sprayed some over Erik's sig. I hope this does the job. I'd hate to wash off the sig. | ||
