Man, I gotta tell you. I just got my bike (used '03 XB9R) back from the dealer after having the wheel bearings replaced. I don't think I have ever had an easier time getting warranty service performed.

After reading several posts on this site relating to XB wheel bearings, I discovered mine should be replaced. With contact info obtained here, I called customer service. In about 10 minutes they had all the info they needed and so did I.

Long story short: Called my local Harley dealership, gave them the story, made an appointment to get the work done and less than one week from start to finish I'm back in the saddle.

Never would have been this easy with my Suzuki.
Thanks everyone.

Mark

I had a similar experience at Williams HD/Buell in Lebanon NJ. They did mine same day & I didn't buy the bike there.
