I have the D&D, Race ECM and K&N filter. Can I remove/unplug the servo motor for the EXUP thingy on the top of the airbox? Will it trigger the check engine light?

Yes!!!!But you'll still need to get the TPS reset when you put the race ECM in.

My set-up exactly. I installed the D&D first, leaving my servo plugged in and removed the cable; then I installed the K&N and modded my airbox; then I had my HD dealer install the Race ECM and do the TPS reset. I got home and unplugged the servo, and voila - no CEL!

Runs like a champ now, especially above 4k RPM - if I shift from 1st to 2nd at redline, the front tire comes off the ground 10" without me pulling up. In fact, I have to lean forward through 3rd to keep the front end down.

808: the race ecm does not use the servo wire at all. the TPS zero value stored in the ECM is not affected, and is even stored when ecm is removed from bike.
