Bike has 4k miles on it. Changed the rear tire to a dunlop 208 and left the front 207 on at 1k miles. When I recently changed the front to a 208 at the 4k mark the bike began to slightly pull to the left when I let off the handel bars. Any idea as to what would be causing this? | ||

Check direction of tire travel, marked with a BIG arrow on the sidewall. Check the rear axle for proper torque. Check the suspension settings i.e. the same on the left side as the right. | ||

Hmmm... Wierd... Are you balanced as far as weight goes? Sitting in the center? Certainly check the settings though, that can never hurt... | ||

Try loosening the front axle pinch bolt and bouncing the bike on the front suspension, and re-tighten | ||

I'm balanced on the bike as I was before only it tends to pull. I'll try to loosen the pinch bolts and retighten them in the front. I'll post results of this as soon as I get off work. | ||

Still pulls left. I was thinking about it. and when I replaced the tired I loosened the break caliper and re-tightened without cleaning the surface between caliper and mounting bracket. Is it possible the caliper is not on exactly strait and causing this pull? | ||

I'm more inclined to think it might be caused by something else like many street are slightly crowned which will cause your bike to pull to the left as its higher in the center of the road as opposed to the sides causing the left edge of your tire to bite more thus pulling it to the left.
