It's hit or miss...

It depends on the brand and day of the week - most places will even price match. I've found the best price on one tire, found a different site that had the best price on a different one (diff. bike) and he beat the price of the first site - and had cheaper shipping.

mawonline.com has some deals.

parts411.com usually has good prices and decent shipping.

And so far my favorite has been http://www.motorcyclemart.com/

Nice guy, fast shipping, and damn cheap.

Make sure that whoever you buy from tells you the exact cost of shipping before you order. A lot of the cheap places make up for the low price by ripping you off on the shipping cost.

I STRONGLY RECCOMEND IF YOU LEAN HARD, RIDE HARD, AND LIKE TO HIT THE TWISTIES, DO NOT GET ANY TIRE MADE BY DUNLOP. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PAIR OF DUNLOPS THAT I LIKED. I PUT A SET OF DIABLOS ON SATURDAY NIGHT, WENT UP TO MARCH BADNESS SUNDAY, THEN WENT TO DEALS GAP. IF I HAD THE DUNLOPS, I WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH SLOWER. THE DIABLOS TURN IN MUCH BETTER. THEY DO EVERYTHING THE DUNLOPS COULDNT THINK OF DOING. THE BEST ADVICE I COULD GIVE ANYONE WITH DUNLOPS IS, DO THE BIGGEST BURNOUT YOU EVER HAVE IN YOUR LIFE, AND HOPE THERE IS NO TREAD LEFT. THEN GO GET SOME PIRELLIS, METZLERS, OR MICHILIN PILOT POWERS. GOOD LUCK EVERYBODY.

I just ordered a set of Metzeler M1s from http://www.motorcyclemart.com/ delivered to my door for $219. They claim they will not be beaten on their prices. The same tires on http://mawonline.com were going to cost me $259 delivered.

Can't wait to try them. I've only used Dunlop 205, 207, and 208s since owning my bike.
