The xb and i had a very nice day , sunday put a hundred miles on, tried out my new (insulated) aerostich suit. put a couple gallons of fresh fuel in. left a rag stuffed in the oil cooler scoop. bike ran real good. this morning we had 4 inches of fresh snow. parked for a few more days i guess.

yes, at peak volumetric efficiency i believe i do SUCK, probably on the order of 600cc per revolution.

Fullpower...used to live in Fairbanks. One of the most memorable rides was when about 30 of us headed out over Memorial Day weekend...one night in Valdez...boarded one of the Blue Canoes (State Ferry) at about 4 AM (daylight) for Whittier...road the bikes onto flatbed railroad cars for the trip to Portage (no road to Whittier then), spent the night in Anchorage, then the next day up the Parks Highway back to Fairbanks. Wish I could share a few miles with you on the Buells. Enjoy the weather

thanks cyko, come on up. planning a ride to talkeetna 2nd weekend may, and also a 1600 mile weekend ride around the 4th july.if you like to ride a LOT and sleep very little, join us.

Well Fullpower, I would join you, but I sort of have a commitment in South Korea right now, ha ha!

I may be back in Alaska or British Columbia in a few years. Hopefully we will both have our favorite Buells and favorite roads. I look forward to sharing the roads with you in the future...
