Touched down the footpeg feeler for the first time on my CityX while rippin' the twisties today. About 960 miles on her now. Really getting used to the characteristics of the race-kit. The bike is fabulous. I thought my Supermoto bike hammered really well. The Buell is fantastic. I'm really glad I got it!

I haven't taken any pictures but I guess I could. It's the resizing of the picture and keeping good resolution that always seems to be the hardest part.
Barkandbite - Yeah, the race muffler seems to be growing on me. Just run the bike in a gear lower and let her rip! I do have a Drummer on order so in 2 weeks or so I can give everyone a test report.
Anyway, this bike is fun as he55!

Took a couple of photos but they were way out of focus. Trying to get a detailed close up. Anyway, I'll try again later.

Touched a toe once, kind scared me at first. Now I try every chance I get.

Ej -- when your drummer comes in, lemme know,
I'll come over and drink beer and watch you
install it! Then I'll steal your race muffler
and switch it with mine!

(so yes, I want it...let's make a deal!)

Chris,

I'll keep you posted. I'll be on the P.V. hill doing back to back evals with the Drummer and the Race pipe to see which one I like best. That's where I drug the footpeg. What a great test site!

Here's the funny thing with me. When I first learned to ride my bike, I touched peg all the time (Sitting in line with the bike). Now that I'm used to leaning off a little, I never touch anymore, no matter how hard I try. I just can't bring myself to sit straight up anymore.

I was hanging way off...and draggin'! I never sit straight up. The only way I feel comfortable going real fast around the tight twisties is to get my CG on the inside of the bike and put some good pressure on the inside peg. Then let her rip!
