Does any one have a suggestion for removing the oil lines from the swingarm? I don't want to round them off. I believe they are s.a.e. and not metric.

as for all fttings either metric or imperial, use the the correct tools..... never had anything imperial before always jap or later triumphs... plus over 20 years as a tech so amassed a pretty comprehensive tool kit,but when the buell arrived ive had to purchase all new tools,if you use metric spanners you will simply round off the heads and then you will be causing yourself all sorts of headaches....its really a no brainer

Use line wrenches and you won't have any problem. I believe they are 1/2, 9/16, and 5/8 sizes, as best as I can remember when I did mine.

Went to Sears and bought a set of flair nut wrenches. They work great. Thanks for the advice. Now off to the powder coater.
