I just got my pipe from Dave S.

I have one question. Do I have to remove the belt tensioner to get to the back straps for the exhaust to remove it?

Another one, can I just zip-ty the exhaust valve cable out of the way until I get my filter and Race ECM?

Thanks

You dont need to remove it to remove the exhaust. Just use a long extension 12" or longer. Yes you can zip tie it but why?

I just Unhooked mine from the servo motor, leaving the motor plugged in until I got my race ECM. You are going to find the hardest part of the D&D install is removing the cable. At least it was for me.

Leave the cable in.Its not hurting anything by being there.Just tie it up out of the way. That way if you ever want to go back to stock they are there. That way you don't have the pain in the a$$ of putting them back in.Taking them out is a pain in the A$$ I don't want to know how they are to put back in.Sheesh!!!

Take the cable out if you want. It doesn't matter as long as you leave the servo on top of the airbox. The ECM won't think it's disconnected if it's still there.

My brother has the D&D, techlusion, and stock ecm, and we pulled the cable and left the servo. Works perfect. No check engine light.
