Getting ready to upgrade my high beam...I have an LED in there now but it's not real bright. HID in the low beam is nice, but I want to keep LED in the high beam for instant-on. I just want it brighter.
They're H7, yes? Been a long time....I forget.

If you want bright, give something else a try, LED's aren't gonna cut it.
They may make some someday, but right now, no.
I have HID's in both high and low beam in my XB12s. Yea, it can be a little bit of a pain with them taking a few seconds to come to full bright, but...the brightness is well worth the extra few seconds.
As Terry noted, there are more normal H7's that are slightly brighter than the O.E. bulbs, but still not as bright as HID's.
I have them in my 1125CR.
Unfortunately, I have the O.E. LED's in my RX. BUT, I swapped the adjustment, the high beam for the low beam because of the light spread.
Just adjusted the low beam up...and the high beam down. Not perfect, but better than stock for early morning trips to work (retired now..!).

I only WISH the high and low were independently adjustable on the CR...but they're in a single housing and cannot be aimed on their own
There are some LEDs that claim some uber-high lumen counts now, for not a lot of money - and I know some of the cars we service with OEM LEDs are quite bright, so I may give some a shot for the money, to see what happens. Most of my riding is daylight at the moment, but "just in case", I like to have some light out front (deer country - they've already killed my S2...).
