Must admit starting to get tired of this. Won't start again new issue if anyone has any ideas. Service new plugs etc literally fortnight ago. Been on tender so battery charged. Uploaded a video on the good old youtube https://youtu.be/2ZqpL6wgroM. Ideas appreciated

Sounds like the battery has breathed its last, check connections at the battery are tight and if you have a multi meter check voltage after the battery has been off the tender for a couple of hours, a full charge should be about 12.7 volts or take it to be load tested at a battery shop.

Thank you was my initial thought, seems to take voltage but any crank power just isn't there. Was concerned if it was earthing somewhere under load. Will try to borrow a battery and give that a shot.

If you know someone with a 2004 on Harley Sportster they have the same battery, not sure about the earlier ones.

Just got battery load tested. It's a 220cca which was putting out 115 and dropping to 7.4v under load. So a fair suspect. Will start there and see if cures it. Thanks for the help guys : )
