EBR(LAP) lists a big bore kit (with or without exhaust)
I assume this is the kit for the 1125? Part number
1190.13AZ Big bore kit 106mm. Can anyone confirm this is the right number?

yes that is the correct part number. I bought a kit in February. They just removed the ECM and exhaust from the complete kit to make my order. Shipping was $28 to Ohio.

@Mrlogix Thanks, I appreciate the info.
I assume with the pipe and ecm the tune is plug and play?

Very cool, something to think about. Are you building yours yourself? I assume good rotax mechanic/tuners are a somewhat rare commodity? I know Ski doo used rotax motors in their sleds for years. So maybe a good Ski doo mechanic would work. I guess the big bore kit is a somewhat standard build besides the particulars of that specific motor. But I assume the tuning would take some expertise.

Yes, I will be doing the building myself. I bought a used motor (08' CR) and plan on doing all the build on it and keep my original motor in case I decide to part with the bike. My bike already has the EBR race tune and Dean Adams full exhaust. I am hoping that it will be sufficient point to start with. I am going to try to tune it myself just to get it running and then take it to a dyno shop for the fine tuning.

Cool, make sure you post some pics. I for one would love to see the progress and results.

How difficult can it be? Pull the heads, jugs, pistons. Reassemble per manual, torque to spec. Ride the shit out of it 😊

The big bore kit makes a nice different in the torque. It increases across the power band which makes a big difference seat of the pants.
With the EBR exhaust and a big bore lots of guys were seeing upper 140's for hp at the rear wheel on pump gas.
