I can buy a used set of oem Ohlins forks. I'm trying to use an 1125 wheel. Does anyone know where to source a lower triple tree that would fit these? I have the EBR top triple for the 1125 but the bottom clamp needs to be 56mm.

I've found many places that say they can make them, just provide specs....but I don't know the specs either.

You could have a talk with Purpony on the Old school board.
He does very nice work and has access to a 3D printer for making a mockup part first.

No clue.

I have the rx bpf forks on my 1125. I tried to get the buell wheel to fit but without some threaded spacers for the axle it won't work. I don't have the means to fabricate those so I caved and picked up an rx wheel.

It will be next to impossible to fit the 1125 wheel without a custom threaded inserts in the lowers. The 1190 bearing ID and axle OD is 30mm, whereas the 1125 wheel bearing ID and axle OD is 25mm. The head and threaded end of the XB/1125 axle is too small to fit the EBR forks, so you need either some custom machined spacers in the fork lowers, or custom fork lowers. There is not enough meat in the 1125 front wheel to bore it fir the EBR sized bearings either. The EBR front wheel bearings are 62mm OD, whereas the 1125 wheel bearing OD is 47mm.
