The last few times I have ridden my bike I am noticing a chatter when I first engage the clutch with a cooled down powertrain. It hasn't happened first thing in the AM, but has only happened after work on my ride back home. And it only happens the first and maybe second time I start off in first gear. The noise begins right as the clutch starts to engage and then goes away upon full engagement. Also for the past month or so I have been having trouble finding neutral which was never the case before. I cranked the clutch lever out to the longest travel setting from the middle setting and this does help. I did have the clutch weep problem and replaced it with the EBR upgrade about 3k miles ago. Appreciate any diagnostic help. | ||

Did you loctite the spherical nut when you re-assembled? Troubleshooting in Section 6 of the FSM... Change oil Stuck clutch plates Mileage? (Message edited by two_seasons on October 26, 2015) |
