its a tricky one that but heres what I did....got a syringe and filled it with gasoline....then inserting the needle between the mirror and plastic mounting plate and injecting gasoline into the double sided adhiesive...as the gasoline breaks down the glue slowly pry the mounting plate away from the glass with a jewellers screw driver...key points are ...don't rush it...do the steps in say 5 mm steps ...allow time for gasoline to dissolve glue after each injection...there maybe other ways of doing it but this worked for me....Cheers from Australia ...Tim
