First let me say I am new to Buell so be nice. There are 2 Measurements, AT: CT:. I am assuming the AT is (Ambient Temp) and CT is (Coolant Temp)? If not please correct me. The question is this. Monday I was riding in NEPA the Temp outside was about 67F. The AT: seems to be going up and down and got up to 117F. What should I do? FYI: the CT: got up to 171F | ||

Temp names are correct. You don't need to do anything. the AT sensor is up front and the radiator fans blow the hot air directly onto it-hence your high and changing temp readings. | ||

The AT will stabilize once moving at speed. Slow speed or stopped, as previously mentioned, the fans alter the indication. | ||
