Okay, safety wired the throttle links together, it doesn't lunge like a bat out of hell when you crack the throttle. However it bogs down on throttle twist makes it shudder and want to stall out. I have no idea as to WTF is going on! I will have to run the diagnostic and see what the codes are, anybody give me a clue which codes will be respective the the throttle or TPS or what ever! I was hoping to have this crap sorted out before riding season started here in northern Michigan!

Part number for the Solenoid resistor? Google doesn't recognize Y0248.1AM

I replaced the TPS unit, did the reset and it shows 2 - 100% from closed to wot. I've checked grounds, added Sea Foam to tank, checked for air leaks around throttle bodies and no luck with the throttle response issue. If i roll on the throttle gently at any speed it seems ok, but revving the engine at a stop or cracking it hard while riding it bogs down back fires then all of a sudden takes off like a bat out of hell nearly tearing grips from my hand. I'm at a loss! This totally sucks, 1125R down, EBR down (waiting for starter) can't ride the fun bikes. Good thing I have the "trusty" Triumph Tiger 800XC, which I was attempting to sell! LOL any thoughts on things to check on the 11125R 2008??

those symptoms on a Sportster are caused by a failing crank position sensor, might be the same.

Is it just that you are experiencing the lag time for intake velocity to catch up. This is a common problem when you have huge throttle bodies or carbs. My bike will throttle wheelie but if I just dump the thing open it will bog from the disturbance of the butterfly being opened too quickly. 2% to 100% is what I get. My experience is this V-Twin likes being revved out like an inline four. I had the thought that if the EBR cams fit it might be worth the swap to help counter the large intake volume flow due to one valve opening before the other.

Fly by wire could help in a case like this too.
