How is it that the stator can ohm out good and not put any volts out? It kind of points to the rotor magnets losing their strength. Yet it seems the stator is the problem. Just a thought rant.

I would get a second opinion regarding whether the stator has good continuity and insulation resistance on all 3 poles before concluding the problem is the rotor.

Yah, I was just throwing that out to see if anybody had any thoughts in regard to rotors failing.
