Is the bottom portion of the lower fork leg(part caliper bolts onto) is that replaceable? Without replacing the entire lower fork leg?

They look to be pinned together, so technically yes, but probably cheaper and easier to just buy the whole fork leg used

The factory parts catalog only lists the whole bottom fork leg

I had a bent one I tried to take apart. It did not budge. Even tried heat and no luck.
