Gotta copy paste the person's email address or use PM on forum to reply to a PM. The issue was that our PM utility would populate the "reply to" field with the email address of the sender of the private message. Microsoft email services didn't like that. So now we have to populate" reply to" field with the actual sending email address from the badweb private message utility. The private message sender's email address is included in the body of the private message. You now have to cut-and-paste it into a reply. One word - sticky. It's all in the implementation. Considering cost is likely a hangup and limitation - free is nice. I'll take any of the above as an improved experience.
