Anyone can tell me the length of Brake and Clutch lines for the Clubman handlebar?

I'want to make new ones in black.
Recently changed from the high bars, and didn't like how the lines bend to fit in the Clubman.

Thanks

I've got them at the house. I'll measure them as soon as I get home from work. (Trying to get my wife to measure them now...)

You can put lines together with Goodrich from Motorcycle Superstore, they had them in black. I did 28" ones for the conversion on mine (xb9, dirt bike bars) with straight banjo fittings.

I used a 2010 Aprilia Tuono as the model so it gave me optional lengths to pick from.

Dhays1775, Thanks man I'm waiting... : )

D_adams, I don't have the short lines to measure.
And yes the new lines will be from Goodrich ; )

Brake is 27" center to center.

Clutch is 45" center to center.

Hope this helps!

Dhays1775, just to be sure, this length are for the clubman handlebar lines, right?
Brake is 27" center to center.
Clutch is 45" center to center.

Center to center? That means from center of the banjo bolts?

Thanks

Ros, that is correct. Those lengths are for the lines I pulled off. The lines I put on with the high bars are longer.

And yes, they are center to center on the banjo bolts.

If you add about 6" to the brake line, it can make tire changes easier. You could then unbolt and remove the caliper, so it does not get in the way when taking the wheel on and off.

Thanks guys for the info.

Froggy adding 6" to the brake line will not bend the line in a bad way?
I mean, I want the length of the clubman lines because the horrible bends of the height handlebars lines bothers me for some issue at mid term.

Long lines make wheel changes easier. Go for it.

Jdugger, I agree with that, but not when this bends are on top of the handlebar or headlight ; )

I'm going to sell the long line pictured above shortly. Moving to a dry-break set up.

It's a direct fitting for a Brembo (M10x1) to a ZTL2 caliper.

Jdugger, is that also direct fitting for a stock MC?

No. Stock MC is M10x1.25 Nissin standard.

Jdugger,

I just purchased a Brembo MC for my track bike. I would be interested in buying your line. How much and when. If not what type for fittings did you use? Straight or angled?

I used a straight in M10x1 fitting (no banjo) for the Brembo and and right angle fitting for the caliper.

Make an offer on the line. I'll clean it up and send it to you on Monday the 4th after I've next been at my garage at the track where it is.

Jdugger

Send me an email. I have no idea what it is worth. Let me know what a fair price would be.

After looking at my calendar, I will need to get a replacement faster for upcoming events.

Thank you anyway.

If cost is no object, the quick-release kit from EBR is the way to go. They have them in stock, I believe:

Jdugger,

Speigler can make one up quickly. They are not far from where I live so I can get it here fast.
