Turned 40,000 miles on the R this morning. Another 2 weeks and I'll have had it 5 years. Not without some problems. On the whole its been fun. Did manage to collect a "Go Fast Certificate" yesterday. Clocked at 96 in a 55 zone. The officer, California Highway Patrol, very kindly reported it as 65. A good day.
