it so happens that my brother built a CNC router and my sis-in-law does crafts so I asked for some help - I think it looks fantastic - this is what happens in Canada while we wait for riding season!

Looks decent, but by my rough estimate, it looks like you've blocked about 50% of the airflow. Do you think that will hamper the cooling in any way?

Actually far less than 50% and my guess is that given I just ride and don't race it won't have any adverse impact on the cooling capability. If I'm wrong I'll let y'all know after this season of riding!

looks nice, the screen will save the cooler from rocks.
perhaps for additional cooling some horizontal slices in front of the Pegasus, cutting through the wind!
