So I have searched the forums and I'm looking for the H Battery for my 08 1125r.
I came up with this part number 65958-04.

Has that been superseded by the ytx14l-bs part number (same I have on my '04, xb12r)?

Sorry if I am reasking a silly question but my google-fu is failing me.

65958-04 is the correct part number, it is not the same battery as your Firebolt, the dimensions are the same but the terminals are reversed.

Ah! Thanks Froggy! I am glad I didn't swap the battery then (Though I have a lightning tail so pulling the battery is a little more than a PITA)

A recommendation? Talk to EBR, they are bringing in drop-in Shorai battery replacements. You get the benefits of Li-ion plus significantly lower weight.

Lightning tail on my XB12r. Not on the 1125r. And I am Always open to recommendations! : )

For the Shorai battery: I see the LFX18L1-BS12. It looks like its about 50$ more than the HD.

Is this a better choice (Minus the weight benefit obviously) I thought the race battery EBR has is like 350$ and is Lithium. What is the difference?
