New tire, and forks. I tuned them to the manual settings. I actually got to ride for a half hour on my new to me 1125r. YES! ya! These bikes are beast!

Matteson, did you take any pictures of the fork rebuild?

I'm planning to rebuild mine at the next valve check. (~3500 miles)

No brother. I posted a few pics here http://www.buellxb.com/Buell-XB-Forum/Buell-1125R/ Fork-seal-conundrum But it was really simple. I made some tools too. I will post my fork oil height tool in a few. If you have the manual its pretty straight forward. No need to take the cartridge out. If you replace the guide bushings use a heat gun to remove them. Get the fork hot and slam it on a piece of wood. Easy cheesy.I compressed the spring with my small strap and held them in a vise. And I had to get 3 pints of type E from Harley. If you go with another brand the manuals suggested tuning will be wrong since it was formulated using oem oil. They also told me 4.6 inches (120mm) in height.
