Does woodcraft still make rear sets for these? Are the LSL's on EBR.com higher off of the ground?? My toes keeps scraping on a few corners at Mid Ohio and I can't scoot my feet back anymore on the pegs.

Not sure about the Woodcraft's but the LSL's don't raise the pegs at all.

Freespirits makes some that are pretty nice and adjustable.

Get the rigid set up from EBR.

cheap version is to cut off the stock peg tabs, mount flat woodcraft fixed footpeg where you want. you have to fill the gap under the spot where the old footpeg rotated with a shim.

Yep.
I made a set like this before I got my chain drive setup.
Worked nice, very easy to do.

I used some washers to fill the gap on the other one.
Only tip is to measure your current peg height, and measure with them mocked up on the bike to ensure the placement is even on each side.

I used a flap wheel to finish them off.

If you mill the rear sets yourself, BE SURE to assemble them on the table with the correct spacers so they are milled with the peg base truly perpendicular to the bike.
