Just replaced my cooked relay and wanted to make sure I had the correct relay. Looks a little different then the one I took out.

Cannot find part no:31504-91B in my 2010 parts manual ...

Relays listed as 31522-00C (3 required) and Y0175-1AM.

As long as the diode is in the same placement as the old one, you are fine. The diode is there so one of the triggers either positive or negative on post 85 or 86 does not back feed and turn on the relay when not needed.

I don't believe that the Upgrade Harness Kit Relay is listed in the standard parts manual. Compounding the problem is that the Charging System Upgrade Service Bulletin B-099 doesn't list a part number for the relay either.

So the fallback is to use a Harley Headlight Relay which is the p/n pictured above (or equivalent from an auto parts store as long as the diode orientation is the same).
