In the service manual it says to remove the plug prior to inserting the locking tool. Well when I put a wrench on plug everything spins, tried holding it with second person, not budging. Any suggestions here?

I purchased the locking tool from EBR! I just cant use it!

Thanks

If someone is willing to help me through this via text and phone calls, I will send them my locking tool for half price!

It should be a allen key if I remember correctly, are you using the right size? Are you sure you're in the right spot? down near the screen cover?

I don't think I'm in the right spot. Any way you can post a pic? Or point it out in pics that are already available.

I finally got to pull Loretta's rotor and get the proper Loctite and torque on.

I saw an arc cut out of the sprocket above the rotor, so I stopped where it lined up with the sprag gear.
The crank locker dropped right in place.
When you take off the thrust washer, you see the cut-out.
