Just seeing what people would pay for such a beast. List of upgrades:
EBR brake rotor & hardware kit
HID low beams 4.5K color
Keda RT-3 flat black
EBR ECM w/ Keda RT-3 tune
K&N air filter
New AGM battery
LED tail light
Under tail license plate kit

All maintenance has been done on time and the mileage is 90%+ highway miles, I rode this to work everyday 80 miles roundtrip.

Its NOT pristine, but I was thinking with the upgrade parts its worth about $4500 w/o about $3500. I still have all the stock stuff that I won't be able to sell cuz no one wants the stock stuff. Its in Texas, Dallas area, has been its whole life. I am the only owner and I have a clean never wrecked title. Let me know if anyone is interested or thinks I am way off on the price. Thanks.

I think you are way off on the price with 46k miles on it. Not that I think the engine won't last (it will go beyond 100k if maintained properly I'm sure). But 99% of buyers will think 46k miles is high miles. I have people telling me 25k is high miles when I sold my XB12R with 30k miles on it! Even though the bike ran like new (probably better). I maintained it meticulously, replaced any worn parts, and kept super clean. I still had problems attracting buyers. The economy may have something to do with it though, but only just a bit. I personally will have no problem buying a bike with 50k miles on it as long as it was properly maintained and not beat on and neglected.

just fyi, i just bought a 2009 1125r in near showroom condition with 5500 miles for $5750. there were 4 withing driving distance that had less than 7k miles and all were going for around 6-7k asking price. without mods of course. there was one that had 20k and asking was 5k, stock also.

I went ahead and took the exhaust and ecm off and sold them. The first stator went out at about 8k miles, the second at about 16 or 17k miles and have been running on this last one since, the only things I've done is ride it. I replaced the battery for the first time this January (2013) and I installed HIDs a couple of months ago. If it matters the miles are mostly commuting highway miles, I don't abuse it, that being said its not perfect as I ride rain or shine, the only time I don't is if its snowing/icey.

There is not a track near enough to me and my son is not yet 2 years old so I don't have time to go, but hopefully when he's older I can go because I want to do at least one track day before I am either too old or die. On top of that, I would need the money to get my next bike.

Thank you guys for the opinions I appreciate them. It looks like I'll have to use it as trade in, hopefully I can get at least $2k. I really thought that $4k was the bottom as far as they quit losing value.

WHAT?!?!?!

Eagles Canyon is 45 minutes away, and Cresson is about 1.5 hours.

After that, Hallett (Tulsa) and College station is about 4.
