I've installed a new stator from Rick's and the EBR rotor mod, using all proper loctite and torque specs (Dear god my DeWalt better have torqued to its max 300 ft lbs).

My problem was melted stator wiring. I have not had the HD harness fix. I did not install a new voltage regulator.

Should I expect to have other issues, or should I be good without a new VR?

Any input is appreciated.

Thank you!

You should be OK.

VR. At least that's what my issues seem to be right now. You may not necessarily be out of the woods yet. Definitely keep an eye on it still. My VR went about 1500 miles after doing what you did.
