First let me thank all that have been helping me with my 1125. When I start it up it , IAC comes up on the cluster then goes off. The check engine light is on . The bike has the racing ECM, and a Keda exhaust system. I don't know if its the exhaust or something else. How do I figure out what is the problem.

If I want to go back to the stock exhaust, I would gather I would need a stock ecu. How do I know if I need the exhaust with a cat or not?

It has nothing to do with your exhaust. The IAC is the Idle Air Control, a stepper motor that controls a valve to let air into the motor mostly when the bike is starting or idling. The IAC can get gunked up over time, it may just need to be opened up and cleaned.

I am still waiting on a repair manual for my bike, where is it located?

Between the throttle bodies under the airbox.

Ok, took the throttle bodies out, cleaned the IAC sensor out. No longer seeing the error on the display. How do I clear any codes? I have the racing ECU. Do I download ECMSPY and purchase the cable? Or will the ECU reset after so many starts? Now I am guessing that the light was on because of the IAC error.

50 clean restarts and it'll be good. Just leave it.
