Hello All- I have the Barkers exhaust on my 1125CR with the matching EBR ECM. I need to change out the throttle cables as one of the sleeves going into the handlebar throttle assembly was snapped in two by the prior owner. While I am in there:
1. With upper and lower airbox plate removed, can I fit the frame insulation on?
2. Can anyone share their results of adding the Twin Motorcycles intake stacks?
3. If I add them, I was considering adding a Power Commander PCV to fine tune the ECM/AFR's to the intake stacks and possibly make an extra map and install a map switch for the Barker 1.5" quiet core. 4. Anyone have any experience with how well the PCV works on the 1125? Is it hard to install, results, compatible, etc. 5. Has anyone noticed an improvement in coolant temps with Engine Ice- hot down here in south Florida? Thanks so much to all of you for helping me get things sorted with my Buell. I really appreciate it. Mort

1. The frame instulation is going to be hard with the motor still in, so i would honestly rotate the motor down to do it, more space and you can clean the frame alot better also.

5. I run Water wetter with disstilled water for the track. It does help abit to keep the bike cooler at moving speeds. If your bike is sitting still your motor is still going to get hot.

BTW I live in New Orleans area so it does get humid/hot around here in the summer.
