i wrote a post on here a little while ago about a uk magazine who had a used bike guide article about the 1125
it had a few inaccuracies to say the least
so i emailed them and pointed out the mistakes, gotta stick up for the buells, lo and behold a few months later i get the star letter in the mag, supposedly some free ixon gloves as well

I occasionally read those UK sportbike mags. They put A LOT of exaggerated opinions in the articles to say the least! Also, one magazine will "like" a certain bike/brand and will wax poetic on it. Another magazines will decide they hate a bike/brand and will consistently trash it. Same with their car magazine. The most common theme is, when it's an American brand, it gets trashed (car/bike). When it's a British brand, all is forgiven. I remember when the Triumph 600TT was released, along with its horribly flawed fueling, all Brit mags loved it and heaped it with praise! The truth was, the bike was barely ridable unless it was being revved hard, hard to start, surging, etc! LOL!

Read Alan Cathcart or Roland Brown's articles. If it's european, I'm not saying biased, but let's go with it usually gets a more forgiving report. To be honest, they sell to several mags, so not going to be too controversial in their opinions.
