What does your voltage look like?   Nm5150 Posted on Friday, October 26, 2012 - 09:49 am:        Left out yesterday without the wiring upgrade.14.9 at first and then stayed between 14.3 and 14.6 which was fine in the twisties but cruising down the highway it was like someone would tap my kill switch about every ten seconds.Pulled over and hooked up the upgrade and the bike ran fine.Volts stayed in the low 13's and high 12's with 50 watt HIDs and fans running.May try replacing the relay and see what happens.That was about 110 mile run with 80% twisties.
