Just to inform you. We are developing a new stator. We are very aware of the problem and we think we can fix the problem with a new version we are testing on a 2009 CR

Hopefully it will be reasonably priced, like around $200 USD

What does this new stator do to solve the problem?

We let you all know when finished,as we are still testing.

Ripper mate! about time someone "manned-up" and accepted there IS a problem. I have been scouring the world but as far as I'm aware you will be the first aftermarket producer of these items. Good luck with it and if you need one tested under Australian conditions get in touch

In my opinion (from what I've seen), the EBR rotor along with a stator rewound with higher temperature wire fixes the issue. Not sure what else you'd be doing to the stator, but as long as you're not lowering the output, then it's probably similar in solving the failures.
