The 1190RS should be a huge hit in Australia. Buell has a wonderful and interesting history and connection in Oz and I'm really excited about the coming years . . . The Aussies are passionate about their motorcycles.

Congratulations.

Joe the seat is more comfortable than you'd think due to the geometry being right to actually be ridden. same applies for the 1125 the seat looks meh but due to the rider position being so well thought out the seat is actually very comfortable relative to sport bikes.

Good spot Craig! I noticed Canyon Dancers are now listed on the EBR accessories page. I thought it was reasonable, but an odd thing to add to the catalog at this point.

Now I get it. : )

The other observation is that the bike comes fully assembled.

I just read an interview linked here a week or two back stating that bikes would come fully assembled for dealer so they could spend less time/money doing prep work.
Nice touch.

Not argueing with the price, as the quality shines through but I think a race only 'zorst should also be in the crate, to make it sound like it looks

Buell has an amazing history in Australia and this 1190RS hitting the Continent is a BIG DEAL.

Funny thing but one of the most memorable of "Buell in Oz" events was conceived by a person who'd never been on a motorcycle in their life in a bar in Milwaukee.

There's a lot to celebrate here!~

It'll be a 'big deal' for my Bank Manager too, when the EBR's arrive in the UK

Well . . . absent any sweeping change in homologation data . . . the UK, with only ONE change from Australia (MPH vs. KPH) should be a slam dunk.

In addition, I have some good ideas for dealers.

We will be taking care of the Homologation for our ADR's, Australian design rules, we did this for Bimota & Benelli.
We already have a huge amount of support from the Buell community, it will be pride of display at the Australian Moto GP in a few weeks.

Apologies Kicka666, just figured once you had the bike you'd never have time to sit down look at this board that discusses bikes with a mere 146 hp.

Someday I will visit the land that actually had Duff Beer.

We still have Duff beer here, no offense taken. I wish it was mine but no it isn't, I had the pleasure to uncrate it & pre deliver it. I will wait for the 20k bike next year to sit with my CR which I will never part with.

Kicka666, I thought I'd never part w/ my XB but its on the block now. I too have a CR and creamed a highly outfitted Duc on my way home from work today.

I need you to mail me some duff beer. Is there anything of equal value in the USA we could swap?
