Does anyone know the exact wattage that the LED turn signals use? I replaced my rear ones with smaller ones and they will blink fast only at idle with the fans running or on battery with the engine not running. Need to know the exact stock resistance so I can figure out what size resistor I need. I have tried 100 ohm and those don't work.

I'll see if I can't throw a multimeter on one of the rear turns today...

I assume it's an 08' like your profile says?

Yes, mine is an 08. The wattage I think is printed on the lens of the stock signals. I don't have my rears anymore so the wattage of those is what I need

My '08 says 13.5 V 2.05 W on each rear lens.

How did you wire in the resistor? Series or parallel?

Series. Although, seems like it's not working. I figure about a 50 ohm resistor for this. Doesn't seem to work.

It should be parallel otherwise you are just raising the resistance instead of lowering it.

Two 100 ohm resistors in series equals 200 ohms but two 100 ohm in parallel is around 50 ohms.

Ah, ok, I'm a dumbarse. Yeah, parallel is what it needed. Works fine now.

If the signals are going on a 1125 the cluster controls the signals not a flasher relay.

try with out resistor first....

Since I removed the stock donkey ear LED mirrors and put some small indicators on my CR, they do blink faster, but not as fast as they did on my XB when I switched to all LED indicators.
